Trucks for office moves
Small offices or a few rooms usually need an enclosed pickup truck or a 4-wheel jumbo box truck. Offices with dozens of staff, many filing cabinets, or moves to another province are better suited to a 6-wheel box truck, which holds much more and keeps out sun and rain the whole way. We help you work out the right number of trucks for your volume so you don’t pay for more than you need.
Before moving day
- Notify building management at both the old and new offices in advance, check the permitted moving hours and book the service lift
- Back up computers and servers before the move
- Set aside important documents and valuables for a responsible staff member to carry
- Prepare a seating plan for the new office so we can place desks and cabinets correctly the first time
